Adeptness-
Stage managers require a wide variety of skills to proficiently do their jobs. These skills require experience, practice, and a willingness to continuously learn to uphold our level of expertise. There is always room to learn no matter how proficient we are.

Ambition-
Ambition at its root means wanting to succeed through hard work and determination. Nothing is more true than the ambition that each and every individual brings into a production. As a stage manager, I want nothing more than for my production to succeed.
Take a breath, drink some water, re-tuck your shirt, and you can do anything.
A look inside what's running through my brain when it feels a little too chaotic in the real world

The Importance of Adaptability-
Things can turn sideways during production at the drop of a hat, it is incredibly important to remain diligent and to think on your toes when things don't quite work out right. The ability to pivot from one idea to the next is crucial to the ever changing conditions of Theatre.

Approachability-
Stage managers set the tone of the room, we are the first face you see when you walk into a space, and the last one you see when you leave. It is important to me to be easy to approach, to communicate with, and to maintain a calm and reliable presence in the room.
