House Sitting Basic Package

• Includes regular watering and pruning of plants, fruit or veggie collection, as well as mail collection. This service often occurs in the mid-late afternoon after the postal service has made their rounds.

  • If services take less than ​half an hour, I charge $15 a visit.

  • If you have an extensive plant collection, and watering takes up to an hour, I ask for $20 a visit. 

House Sitting Premium Packages

• Premium Sitting Service

  • Includes two visits daily. Example: in the morning I will water and prune plants, dust lightly, and turn off any lights that you require to be on overnight. At night I visit for mail collection, and if you have a garden, this would  be when I water those plants (to prevent burning leaves from sun rays), collect produce, and turn on any lights that you may require for the night. For this service I ask for $40 a day.

• Premium Plus Sitting Service​

  • Includes watching your house full time (not including if I have in person classes or a shift at work)​. I will stay in house to protect against intruders, collect the mail as it shows up, water plants as needed, and any light household needs such as dusting or sweeping. This can include overnight stays as well.

    • Without overnight stay: $60

    • Including overnight stay: $100

• Daytime House Maintenance​​

  • ​Daytime house maintenance includes lawn work or gardening. Prices are worked out depending on how much property and how frequently it needs attention. 

• Overnight Only​

  • My house sitting fee is $50 for a full overnight stay. Overnight is considered any length of time between 6PM and 8AM.
