Pet Care

My pet sitting rates are determined by the number of dogs, duties assigned, and energy levels.

I provide my own Dog Poop Bags, but I do require a disposal location at your residence.

For One Dog

• My fee for a half an hour walk is $20. This includes picking up waste, playtime, lots of cuddles(of course), and any feeding necessities.

• My fee for an hour of playtime, companionship, feeding, and waste management is $30. 

For Multiple Dogs​

• Any additional dogs (Within reason) increases my price by $3.​ This includes any additional low maintenance pets.

• For owners with multiple dogs (4+) or mixed pet families, prices are determined on a case by case basis during the initial meeting and contract overview.

NOW OFFERING: Hikes! 

• Pups with lots of energy are hard to keep up with sometimes, I am here to fulfill their exercise needs when you need a break! I do not offer pack hikes, so this will be a private adventure for your pup(s).

• I offer a rate of $10 per mile with an average walking pace of 3 to 4 miles per hour (Depending on speed or incline). I like to offer a per mile rate for flexibility with trail selection, as I like to talk with the owners about their pups needs and select the best trail for them.

• Example: Hawkins is a high energy pup who loves a challenging incline and is friendly toward other dogs and people, so Mt. Tammany is a great trail for him. Dottie on the other hand, has little legs and needs a hike more akin to a walk in the woods, so she might prefer the Frelinghuysen Forest North Yellow Loop. 

My services for cats include litter box maintenance and weekly cleaning (if you are away for multiple days). It also includes playtime and feeding (if required).

Service Fees

• For any care that takes up to half an hour, I charge $20. This includes litter box maintenance and feedings.

• For any routine or companionship that takes an hour or longer I charge $25/hour. This includes litter box maintenance, feeding, playtime, brushing, or full litter box cleanings.

1. My services for small mammals (Such as mice, rats, guinea pigs, rabbits, gerbils, etc.) include feeding and watering, as well as cage cleaning.

   • For any care that takes less than half an hour, I ask for $15.

   • For services and/or companionship that takes an hour or longer will be between $20 and $30 depending on duration and duties.

2. My​ services for fish include short feeding stops, or tank cleanings and maintenance.

   • For short feeding services I charge $10, if you require daily maintenance and treatment I charge $20​

   • For a full tank cleaning I charge between $50 and $100 depending on the size of your tank.

     • I require that the customer provides the necessary equipment for tank cleaning. This can include, but is not limited to, a gravel cleaner, an Algae Scraper​, a bucket (Preferably 5gal), water dechlorinator, aquarium bacteria, and a water testing kit. I also require specific instructions for your cleaning routine as they all differ.

       • Note: I will not clean extra large tanks(aka anything over 50gallons. Please see a professional for those maintenance needs. Thank you.​

3. My services ​​for poultry (Ducks, Chicken, Turkeys, etc.) include poultry waterer cleaning and refilling, as well as feeding and egg collection. My care may also include letting them in at night and out in the mornings. 

   • For feeding, watering, and egg collection I charge between $15 and $25 per hour. This depends on how many feeders and waterers there are, the size of the waterer/feeder, and how close to a water source it is. ​

     • I require that the customer provides any necessary vitamins or probiotics for the food/water.​

   • For a full service (which includes letting them in and out at night and in the morning, as well as a morning feeding, watering, and egg collection) I charge on a daily basis. This includes two trips to the house at the price of $60 for the day. 

     • I will expect a meeting during an evening routine to see what time they go in, and how easily they go in. This will help make the process run smoothly.​

4. My services for Aviators (Parrots, Cockateels, Parakeets, etc.) include cleaning, watering, feeding, and companionship. 

   • I charge ​$30 for these services.
